Google user data we access

Depending on the workflow configured by the authorized user, the application may access files and file metadata in Google Drive and spreadsheet data in Google Sheets.

How we use Google user data

Google user data is used only to perform user-authorized business workflow operations, such as locating or downloading files, copying or updating files, and reading or updating spreadsheet records required by the workflow.

Data sharing

Access to Google services is provided through OAuth authorization. Users can revoke access through their Google Account permissions at any time.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Business Mail Automation's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
