Business Mail Automation is provided for authorized business workflow automation. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the application, connected accounts, email communications, and stored data complies with applicable laws and their own business policies.

Authorized use

Users may use the application only with accounts, files, and data for which they have appropriate authorization.

Third-party services

The application may rely on third-party services, including Google services and workflow automation platforms. Use of those services is also subject to their respective terms.

Availability

The application is provided on an as-available basis and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued when necessary for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
